Nicotine pouches are small, tobacco-free pouches designed to sit between your lip and gum. They contain nicotine along with ingredients such as plant-based fibres, flavourings and sweeteners, depending on the brand. They’re available in a wide range of flavours, pouch sizes and nicotine strengths. Nicotine is addictive.

Place one nicotine pouch between your upper lip and gum and leave it in place for the period recommended by the manufacturer. There’s no need to chew the pouch or spit while using it. Once finished, remove the pouch and dispose of it responsibly.

Nicotine pouch strength varies considerably between products and brands. The most useful figure to compare is the amount of nicotine per pouch, usually shown in milligrams (mg). We offer products across different strength levels so you can easily compare your options. If you don’t currently use nicotine, you shouldn’t start.

Yes. Nicotine pouches are legal to buy and sell in the UK. From 29 October 2026, UK law prohibits the sale of nicotine pouches to anyone under 18. Nic Pouch Deals is intended for adult customers aged 18 and over.
